Written mainly for pediatric ophthalmologists but potentially of value for trainees as well, this text guides the reader through the thought process needed for successful management of strabismus, a condition in which the eyes do not properly align with each other when looking at an object and may be present occasionally or constantly. Through the repeated use of icons, all material is designated as either basic, advanced, important pearls, or myths and there is frequent use of case presentations from the author’s consultation files.
