Male genital disorders represent a common issue in medical practice, especially in the dermatological setting. Their correct evaluation of these disorders is essential to address the diagnosis through the clinical assessment of the lesion and, eventually, its histopathological examination. Depending on the disorder, early diagnosis may be not only lifesaving but also essential for planning functionally and cosmetically acceptable treatment. The atlas will cover all the most frequent penile diseases, along with more rare ones, providing useful guidance for the clinical diagnosis of disorders affecting the male genitalia. The prominent clinical features will be highlighted, as well as the particular histopathologic findings. Finally, the most appropriate treatment, according to the most recent and evidence-based therapeutic advances, will be proposed.
